Do I have to give up bread on a #lowcarb #diet? This is a question I get asked often. The answer to that question is yes and no. Yes, you have to give up ordinary bread, the one you have used to eating, but being on a #lowcarb diet does not stop you from enjoying bread made from almond or coconut flour or even flaxseed.
